This is another fall favorite recipe of mine from many moons ago, found in a Gooseberry Patch cookbook. Over the years, I’ve tweaked this fluffy pumpkin dip recipe a little bit at a time and this is what I came up with.

This fluffy pumpkin dip is perfect for a fall get together or party! For a little extra flair, serve your pumpkin dip in a hollowed out pumpkin!

Years ago, my husband and I used to host a pumpkin carving party every October. This fluffy pumpkin dip was always a big hit!
