No Bake Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz full fat cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 17 oz container caramel sauce, divided
- 8 oz Heath milk chocolate english toffee baking bits, divided
- ¼ cup chopped salted peanuts or chopped pecans optional
- ¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips optional
- Fresh Apples cored and sliced
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and vanilla with ½ cup caramel dip and ½ cup toffee bits until blended evenly in a medium mixing bowl using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving plate or pie plate and smooth into an even layer.
- Pour a drizzle of caramel sauce on top of the dip. Top with the remaining Heath bits.
- If desired, add the peanuts and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the top.
- Serve this dip with sliced apples and a dash of cinnamon.
