Ingredients

  • 16 oz full fat cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 17 oz container caramel sauce, divided
  • 8 oz Heath milk chocolate english toffee baking bits, divided
  • ¼ cup chopped salted peanuts or chopped pecans optional
  • ¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips optional
  • Fresh Apples cored and sliced

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese and vanilla with ½ cup caramel dip and ½ cup toffee bits until blended evenly in a medium mixing bowl using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving plate or pie plate and smooth into an even layer.
  • Pour a drizzle of caramel sauce on top of the dip. Top with the remaining Heath bits.
