This recipe is a no-bake cheesecake dip that tastes like apple pie and caramel. This easy-to-make treat has the perfect blend of sweet apples, rich cream cheese and gooey caramels to make your taste buds explode!

How to Make a Caramel Cheesecake Apple Dip
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages full fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 (17 ounce) container caramel sauce, divided; or make your own easy caramel sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package Heath milk chocolate english toffee baking bits, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chopped salted peanuts or chopped pecans, optional
- ¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional
- Fresh Apples, cored and sliced

Instructions
Beat cream cheese and vanilla with ½ cup caramel dip and ½ cup toffee bits until blended evenly in a medium mixing bowl using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.

Transfer the mixture to a serving plate or pie plate and smooth into an even layer.
Pour a drizzle of caramel sauce on top of the dip. Top with the remaining Heath bits.


If desired, add the peanuts and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the top.


Serve this dreamy dip with sliced apples and a dash of cinnamon.
