How to make this Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake Recipe

You will need:

  • 1 box 15oz Pumpkin Spice Bread Mix
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ cup melted butter

In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients of the pumpkin bread mix, followed by the wet ingredients listed on the back of the box.

Pour cake batter into a prepared baking pan (9 inch pan – loaf).

In a medium bowl, make the crumb topping.

Mix the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Crumble the crunchy streusel topping on top of the batter.

Put the cake pan into the oven for a baking time of 35-40 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.

Let your perfect coffee cake cool on a wire rack.

Once the pumpkin crumb cake is cooled to room temperature, sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar.
