This recipe starts off using a pumpkin bread mix. I like the Krusteaz brand, but feel free to use Libby’s or Pillsbury’s.

This looks delicious and I have all the ingredients on hand! One question....it says to bake in a cake pan, but does not specify a size. Is it 8 x 8 or 9 x 13?
