Ingredients:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, cold

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This can be done with a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Be careful not to over-whip.

Gently fold in the cold sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract (if using) until well combined. This will create a creamy base for your ice cream.
