Would you believe me if I told you that you can make homemade ice cream with just four ingredients? It’s true! I am so excited to share this cookies and cream ice cream recipe with you!
How to Make Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
You’ll need:
- sweetened condensed milk
- heavy cream
- vanilla extract
- a box of oreo cookies
In a stand mixer, whip together your heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Mix in the condensed milk and vanilla.
Mix together.
Put your oreos in a sealable storage bag. Crush them up! This is the fun part!
Fold in the crushed cookie pieces into the ice cream mixture. Be sure to save a handful of cookies!
Line a pan with plastic wrap. Pour the cookies and cream ice cream mixture into your pan. Top the ice cream with the reserved crushed cookies.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze your Cookies and Cream Ice Cream recipe for a minimum of 6 hours to overnight.

We've made homemade ice cream I few times, but we used a custard-base I believe. I would love to try making this with my daughters. I think they would have a blast crushing up all the cookies to mix in. And cookies and cream is my favorite, so it all works out!

Just love home made ice cream because you can eat as much as you can???? and its just one time investment to buy ingredients so much money you can save!!! The great thing about this products are no artificial colors, flavors, or ingredients!!!
