Gather your ingredients and equipment.

Start by making the crust. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Press into a pie plate and bake. Or use a store-bought crust to save time!
For a firmer crust, chill it before adding the filling.
While the crust is baking, make the filling by mixing the softened vanilla ice cream, whipped topping, vanilla extract, frozen lemonade concentrate, and a few drops of lemon flavoring oil in a bowl.

Spread the lemonade mixture into the crust, smooth the top, and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4 hours (overnight for best results).
Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with lemon slices for extra freshness.

Yes! It’s the best way to ensure it sets properly and has the perfect creamy texture. After assembling the pie, cover it tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze for at least 4 hours, but overnight is even better. When you’re ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly for easy slicing.
Ideally, it’s best to enjoy the frozen lemonade pie within a week of making it. While it will remain safe to eat for a longer period if properly stored, the texture and flavor may deteriorate over time.
