Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of sour cream
  • 1 oz Packet of a basic dry taco seasoning
  • 1 Can 10.5 oz Rotel Tomatoes
  • 8- ounce bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Fritos or Tortilla Chips for dipping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the following ingredients: sour cream, taco seasoning, drained tomatoes and cheese. 
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Sprinkle more cheese on top prior to serving. 
  • Serve chilled with your favorite dippers. 
  • Store leftover dip in an airtight container refrigerated for 2-3 days.
