If you are a fan of all things red velvet like I am, you need to give this red velvet dip a try.

I absolutely love dessert dips and this red velvet dip recipe is perfect for Valentine’s Day. I think it would look pretty awesome in my dessert charcuterie board.

You will love how creamy this dip is, it’s perfect for well…dipping! You will love that it comes together in just a few minutes. I will say, I highly recommend using a hand mixer or stand mixer to make your dip.

Dips like this are really versatile. You can swap out the red velvet to make really any type of dessert dip. We love this cake batter dip.

How to Make Red Velvet Dip:

Ingredients:

8oz Whipped Topping
15oz Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
8oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
Cookies & Strawberries (For Dunking) 
Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl heat red velvet cake mix for 1 minute 30 seconds in the microwave to heat treat the flour.

Step 2: Then combine whipped topping, cream cheese & milk with the heated red velvet cake mix.

Step 3: Mix the dip well.

Step 4: Spoon into a serving bowl and top with sprinkles. Serve with cookies & strawberries and dunk away!!

Can I make this dip in advance?

Absolutely! You can make it and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It does not freeze well though.
