    Red Velvet Brownies FAQs

How do you store red velvet brownies?

To store red velvet brownies, first allow them to cool completely in the baking pan. Then, either wrap individual brownie portions tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper and place them in an airtight container, or use parchment paper between layers in an airtight container to prevent sticking. For short-term storage, you can keep them at room temperature for a day or two.

How long do red velvet brownies last?

For short-term storage, you can keep them at room temperature for a day or two, but for longer periods, refrigerate or freeze them. Frozen brownies can stay fresh for up to 2-3 months and should be thawed gradually at room temperature or in the refrigerator before consumption. Thaw frozen brownies gradually at room temperature for a few hours or in the refrigerator overnight. This ensures that they retain their texture and flavor during the thawing process.
