Crab Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits are the ultimate treat! Filled with savory crab and topped with cheesy goodness, this recipe is a must-try for your next meal.
Ingredients
- 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pound Lump crab meat
- ½ c Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- ½ Tube Ritz crackers crushed finely
- 1 c Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tsp of Lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees, and spray the sections of a muffin tin well with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix together the biscuit mix according to the instructions on the package, and add in the Italian seasoning and minced garlic.
- In a bowl, stir together the crab meat, paprika, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, onion powder, parmesan cheese, cracker crumbs and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a bit of the biscuit dough to the muffin tin, and form it into the shape of a bowl.
- Spoon a scoop of the crab mix into the bowl part of the biscuit.
- Cover the filling with a little more of the biscuit mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- While the biscuits are baking, in a small bowl mix together a mixture of melted butter and lemon juice.
- Once the biscuits are out of the oven, immediately brush them with the lemon butter.
- Serve the biscuits warm
