    Ingredients

    For the Biscuits:

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
    • 2 Teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup butter, chilled and chopped
    • 1/3 Cup buttermilk, chilled
    • 1/2 tsp cream of Tartar

    For the Honey butter:

    • 1/2 cup butter, melted.
    • 1/3 cup honey

    Instructions

      1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
      2. Combine the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
      3. Cut in chopped butter into the flour mixture with pastry blender or a fork.
      4. Add melted butter milk and combine until fully incorporated.
      5. Drop rounded spoonful’s of batter onto a prepared baking sheet.
      6. Brush the tops of the biscuits with honey butter
      7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
      8. Brush with more honey butter glaze when finished
