How to Make Cheeseburger Cups with Biscuits
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
- Cook the ground beef and onion until browned, then drain and stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook the ground beef mixture in advance and store it in the fridge to save time when assembling.
- Press the biscuit dough into the muffin cups to form the biscuit cups, fill the cups about ¾ full with the beef mixture so they don’t overflow while baking.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cheddar works great, but Colby Jack or American cheese give classic cheeseburger flavor.

- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and melted.
- Let cool slightly, then remove and serve with your favorite burger toppings.
