How to Make Bisquick Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Bisquick, peanut butter, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs until a thick dough forms.
- Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Expect a thick dough. This dough is supposed to be stiff, so don’t worry if it feels heavier than traditional cookie dough. That’s what helps the cookies bake up soft and chewy.

- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet using about 2 tablespoons per cookie, then gently press each one to about 1 inch thick.
- Bake until the bottoms are lightly browned. They’ll continue to set as they cool and stay soft in the center.
- Let the cookies rest on the pan for a couple minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
