
Cheeseburger Biscuit Cips are crispy, cheesy, and packed with classic burger flavor. An easy appetizer or snack perfect for parties and game day.
Pre heat oven to 375°F.
Spray the sides of the muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Separate dough and flatten each biscuit and press into the bottom and up side of each muffin cup.
Spoon beef mixture into each biscuit cup, filling about 3/4 full.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each biscuit cup.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Store cooled biscuit cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F until warmed through. Microwaving works, but the biscuits will be softer.
