When you are in the mood for a sweet treat but are lacking the time, you need to give these 2 ingredients Nutella Brownies a try.
These Nutella Brownies are gluten free and somehow are so fudgy and rich.
And I think we can all agree that nutella is one of the best things here on earth. We love to enjoy it on waffles, in banana bread and on sandwiches.
Of course, brownies are pretty amazing too. We love these Peanut Butter Brownies.
I prefer to make my brownies in a muffin pan, this way each brownie has that crunchy outside that we all love about brownies so much. But feel free to use a cake pan to make them as well.

Nutella Brownies Recipe
This recipe simply has just 2 ingredients: nutella and eggs!

Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tray with silicone liners and spray with cooking oil. (Highly recommend using silicone liners for this to prevent brownies from sticking.)
In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the Nutella and eggs until completely combined.

Use a cookie scoop to portion out the brownie batter into the prepared cupcake liners.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until tops are cracked and an inserted toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs attached to it (no wet batter).

Allow to cool completely before removing brownies from the liners.
How to Store these Nutella Brownies:
Store your Nutella Brownies in an airtight container for up to a week.
