How to Make an Oreo Mint Pie

Gather the ingredients:

If you are making your own Oreo Cookie Crust, use a food processor to crush Oreos into fine crumbs for a firm and smooth oreo pie crust.

Press the Oreo cookie crumbs tightly into the pie pan using the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass.

Freeze for 10–15 minutes.

Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before mixing to avoid lumps.

If you’re in a hurry, microwave it for 10 seconds to soften slightly.

Start with ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract and gradually add more to taste. Too much can overpower the dessert.


Spread the filling over the crust.

Allow the pie to chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight) so the filling sets properly and is easier to slice.

      No Bake Mint Oreo Pie Recipe

      No-bake desserts are the best, and this Mint Oreo Pie proves it! A creamy mint filling meets a chocolate cookie crust for the ultimate sweet treat.

      Ingredients

      • 1 (8oz) Block Cream Cheese
      • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
      • ¼ Teaspoon Mint Extract
      • 3-4 Drops Green Food Coloring
      • 1 (8oz) Container Cool Whip
      • 16 Mint Oreo Cookies
      • 1 Oreo Pie Crust

      Instructions

      1. In a large bowl use an electric hand mixer to beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, mint extract, and green food coloring until smooth. 
      2. Add Cool Whip to the bowl and beat mixture until well combined. 
      3. Use a cutting board and a sharp knife to chop 12 of the Oreos into large chunks. 
      4. Fold Oreo chunks into cream cheese mixture. 
      5. Spread mixture into the Oreo pie crust.
      6. Dice the remaining 4 Oreos and sprinkle on top of pie. 
      7. Wrap the with plastic wrap and refrigerate your mint no bake oreo pie for a minimum of 2 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour before serving. 

      Notes

      Store leftovers of your no bake pie covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
