How to Make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Oreo Cookie Crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cool whip
- 10 oreos

Save yourself time and purchase a pre-made chocolate cookie crust from the grocery store. They are just as good as a homemade pie crust.
Let your cream cheese come to room temperature so it is softened when you are ready to use it. This will make sure that it whips easily, leaving no lumps.
The first step is to beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth in a large mixing bowl. A whisk is fine or if you prefer to use a hand mixer that works too.
In a food processor or with a rolling pin and resealable plastic bag, crush Oreos into fine crumbs and add to your cream cheese mixture. This includes the creamy filling. Blend your crushed oreos until fully combined with the creamy cheesecake filling.
Finally, fold in the cool whip using a rubber spatula. You will want to be careful to not stir in the cool whip. Folding it in allows you keep the air inside of this fluffy no bake dessert.
Spread your oreo cheesecake filling into your Oreo Pie Crust and allow your cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

For best results, do not skip this step. By allowing your cheesecake to set in the fridge, you are making it a lot easier on yourself to slice into the crunchy oreo crust later on.
The last thing is to garnish the top of the Cheesecake with more chopped Oreos, whole oreos and some more whipped topping. You can even use a piping bag if you’d like to.
For a more decadent taste, drizzle some melted chocolate or fudge over the top.

For this recipe, I recommend using a store bought whipped cream because it is more stable than making homemade whipped cream.
Fold until the majority of the Oreo crumbs in your cream cheese have disappeared from the mixture.
You may store it for up to 3 days in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap.
