These fluffy Bisquick muffins are ready in minutes! Perfect for breakfast or a snack. Customize with your favorite mix-ins!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, sugar, and chocolate chips.
  3. In a separate measuring cup, beat the milk and egg together until combined, then stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just combined – no need to overmix!
  5. Scoop the batter into your muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Top each muffin with extra chocolate chips for that extra bit of sweetness.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes.
  8. You’ll know they’re done when they are golden brown and spring back slightly when touched or when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
