How to Make Breaded Cauliflower
To prep the cauliflower start by washing a whole head of cauliflower and cutting it into small, even-sized florets for uniform cooking.

Season and coat the cauliflower pieces in a resealable bag and toss well to coat each piece evenly.

Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the florets with cooking spray for extra crispiness.

Bake until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Store leftover cauliflower in an airtight container for 3-4 days.

What should you serve Breaded cauliflower with?
- Serve with your favorite dip such as marinara, ranch dressing, garlic aioli, hot sauce or buffalo sauce.
- As a side dish with a main course recipe such as roasted chicken, roasted salmon, or a hearty pasta dish.
- Enjoy as a standalone snack.
- Add to a veggie platter with other finger foods for a crowd-pleaser!

Your cauliflower might not be crispy if it’s overcrowded on the baking sheet, lacks sufficient oil, or isn’t cooked at a high enough temperature. Spread florets out in a single layer, use a light coating of oil, and bake at a higher temperature like 400°F for crispier results.
Boiling cauliflower before cooking can soften the florets, making them tender and reducing overall cooking time. It can also help mellow out any strong flavors and prepare the cauliflower for frying, roasting, or further preparation.
Absolutely! Preheat your air fryer, arrange the breaded cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Cauliflower cooks in 20-25 minutes at 350.
