What are cheesecake cones?

They’re a fun, handheld twist on traditional cheesecake. Instead of a slice, creamy cheesecake filling is piped or spooned into a crisp waffle or sugar cone, then topped with things like fruit, chocolate, whipped cream, or crumbs (graham cracker, cookie, etc.).

They’re popular because they’re:

  • Portable and mess-free
  • Easy to customize with different flavors and toppings
  • No slicing required—great for parties and gatherings
  • A no-bake dessert, so they’re quick to make

Think of them as cheesecake recipe meets ice-cream cone: all the rich, creamy flavor you love, just in a grab-and-go dessert format.

Can I freeze cheesecake cones?

Freezing isn’t recommended, as the cones lose their texture once thawed.
