This Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops Recipe is a sweet & tangy quick weeknight meal that tastes like steakhouse quality. Serve over rice.

For years once the weather warmed up, I put my crock pot away. But then after many spring nights of having no dinner ready after days at the playground or pool, I realized it was a great option to get dinner ready while I got to play still. These Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops are tender, sweet and the perfect meal that your whole family will love!

Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops

This Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops recipe reminds me of something I’d have on a tropical island. We love the tangy and warm pineapple in this dish! And the pork chops come out so tender.

After a long day away there’s nothing better than walking into the house and smelling these pork chops cooking!

The liquid in your crock pot becomes thick thanks to the corn starch and forms a delicious gravy that is perfect over some white or brown rice.

My kids absolutely love this recipe and ask for it all the time! That is a win for me!

Can I make these Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops in advance?

Yes! How? Well, in a resealable freezer bag, combine all of your ingredients. Put it in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy! Place in the fridge to dethaw before putting in your crockpot.

I make this Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops recipe a lot apart of my freezer meal planning.

Am defrosting ~3/4” pork chops, (not thick ones). Do I alter cooking time?

I would cut the cooking time in half personally, especially on high.
