Biscuit Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 16 oz buttermilk biscuits
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add sausage to a skillet and heat over medium high heat, browning and cooking until sausage is no longer pink.
- Preheat oven to 425 and grease a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add biscuits in the bottom of the pan keeping the biscuits separated so they do not touch.
- Spoon sausage on top of the biscuits and into the pan. Top with cheese.
- Mix together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and beat well, Pour on top of the biscuits, sausage and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
