
Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops are a simple crockpot dinner made with tender pork chops, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and brown sugar for the perfect sweet and savory meal.
Spray the inside of your 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add olive oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Add pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides, about 3 minutes each side, until browned.
Remove from heat and set into the prepared slow cooker.
In a small bowl, drain pineapple juce and place remaining pineapple chunks on top of the pork in the slow cooker. Top with red pepper.
In the small bowl of pineapple juice, add soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic and cornstarch and whisk well until smooth. Pour into slow cooker.
Cover and cook slow cooker hawaiian pork chops on high 3-4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Serve on top of a bed of white rice and with chopped fresh chives if desired.
