The great thing is It’s easy to set up ahead of time and can be made with whatever ingredients you have on hand. If you’re looking for something fast, simple, and delicious, this sheet pan quesadilla bar will do the trick!
This is the easiest way to make Individual quesadillas because it lets you prep all the ingredients ahead of time, assemble them on a sheet pan before dinner time, then just pop it into the oven when you’re ready. It frees up your stove top and oven space for other dishes too!
If you like to make big batches of food for the week, then this recipe is perfect for you. All it takes is a little bit of time, and your fridge will be stocked with yummy quesadillas that are ready to go.
It’s hard to beat a good quesadilla and they are versatile too. You could use chicken or pork carnitas or shrimp. Toppings can range from cheese, sour cream and salsa to sautéed vegetables or scrambled eggs. I am partial to making sheet pan chicken quesadillas.

The best way is to put everything in their own large bowl with a large spoon and let everyone put their ingredients on top of the tortillas.
While we’ve included our favorite toppings below – feel free to mix them up with what you have on hand. To make this yummy meal, gather all of the ingredients that you will need: flour tortillas, taco seasoning mix (don’t forget to add water!), olive oil, cheese and whatever fillings you like.

- Grilled or sauteed onions and bell peppers
- Refried beans
- Fire roasted corn
- Cooked and crumbled bacon
- Green chiles or green onions
- Cream cheese spread
- Shredded cheese – pepper jack cheese, cheddar
- Sliced black olives, drained
- Sliced jalapenos
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Pico de gallo
- Salsa or Salsa Verde

How to make your Easy Sheet Pan Quesadillas
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare 2 large baking sheets by lining with parchment paper or spraying with nonstick spray.
Place tortillas on the baking sheets.

Top one half of each tortilla as desired with your favorite flavors, add gooey cheese on top of the fillings and then fold tortilla in half.

Continue with the remaining tortillas.
Repeat with a second sheet pan if necessary.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until crisp and golden.

You’ll have everybody’s favorite quesadillas ready in no time at all and clean up is a breeze too! This recipe calls for two tortillas per person but you can make extras if you want to have some yummy leftovers the next day!
How to store leftover quesadillas
Store your quesadillas in an airtight container. Or another easy way is to wrap each cheese quesadilla in aluminum foil so it is ready to be popped back right into the oven to heat up.
