How to Make Sheet Pan Quesadillas
Ingredients:
- Flour tortillas or Corn Tortillas
- Cooked and shredded chicken (or go the easy route and use rotisserie chicken)
- Cooked and shredded beef or pork
- Cooked and crumbled taco ground beef
- Black beans, rinsed and drained
- Pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- Grilled or sauteed onions and bell peppers
- Refried beans
- Fire roasted corn
- Cooked and crumbled bacon
- Green chiles or green onions
- Cream cheese spread
- Shredded cheese – pepper jack cheese, cheddar
- Sliced black olives, drained
- Sliced jalapenos
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Pico de gallo
- Salsa or Salsa Verde
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare 2 large baking sheets by lining with parchment paper or spraying with nonstick spray.
Place tortillas on the baking sheets.
Top one half of each tortilla as desired with your favorite toppings and then add gooey cheese on top of all fillings and then fold tortilla in half.
Continue with the remaining tortillas.
Repeat with a second sheet pan if necessary.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until crisp and golden.
