How to make Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers in the Oven:

On a large sheet pan, place the sausage in the center. Surround the sausage with the onions and peppers.
Drizzle the onions and peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for about a half hour or until the peppers and onions are soft and roasted and your sausage is cooked through.
You can choose to slice your sausage or keep them whole. Serve this sheet pan sausage and pepper recipe with some delicious rolls, marinara sauce and mayo!

- 1 pkg Sweet Italian Sausage
- 1 pkg Hot Italian Sausage
- 2 peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- On a large sheet pan, place the onions, peppers and sausage. Drizzle the onions and peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until peppers and onions are soft and roasted and sausage is cooked through.
- Slice sausage before serving.
