Why is it so good? Because I use a mix of Sweet and Hot Italian sausage. I love doing this combo because the mix of sweet and hot is just the right amount of flavor that doesn’t over power.
Making this sausage and peppers recipe right in the oven is the simplest thing. I love sheet pan recipes like this. I own a big sheet pan that holds everything. When you cook the sausage in the oven it crisps right up and the onions and peppers crisp up.

All the comments say "looks good" but nobody say that they tried it. I can tell you that none of this is going to be done after 25-30 minutes at 350. I HAVE made this meal several times and you need a higher temp for a bit longer than stated.

Actually on the pin: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/29062360084888399/ there are plenty of comments from people who have tried this sheet pan sausage and peppers recipe. I actually just made this for lunch today and I can assure you it was done in a half hour. Perhaps your oven is calibrated on a lower temperature.
