What type of side dish should I serve with this great dinner?

I like to serve our roasted baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower rice, cherry tomatoes.

What kind of Cooked Sausage can I use?

While I personally feel that the best sausage to use is pork sausage, you can also use chicken sausage if that is your preference.

My favorite sausage to use is mild sausage, but you can use hot sausages if that is your preference.

Do I have to use fresh bell peppers?

You can use any color bell peppers you would like. Yellow bell pepper, orange bell peppers or any sweet peppers are the best way to change up the flavor.

Or the simplest way to add some heat is to use poblano peppers or hot peppers.

How to Store Leftover Sausage

The best part about this recipe is that it is one of the most delicious things the next day. Store in an airtight container and reheat in the oven in a roasting pan or oven proof large skillet on the stove top over medium heat.

I just made this for dinner—so yummy! I sliced the sausage links (into coins) and tested after 35 minutes, the temp on 10-15 pieces ranged from 165-175F, cooked through. We topped flax pita bread with provolone then broiled to make flatbreads. 🤤 Thank you for sharing!

All the comments say "looks good" but nobody say that they tried it. I can tell you that none of this is going to be done after 25-30 minutes at 350. I HAVE made this meal several times and you need a higher temp for a bit longer than stated.

Actually on the pin: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/29062360084888399/ there are plenty of comments from people who have tried this sheet pan sausage and peppers recipe. I actually just made this for lunch today and I can assure you it was done in a half hour. Perhaps your oven is calibrated on a lower temperature.
