Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers Made with Hatfield – The Perfect Big Game Meal
It’s time for the big game! I love having my family and friends over to enjoy some delicious food and drinks. No matter what team you are rooting for, this is what brings everyone together!
To make things a little bit easier on everyone, we do a game day potluck style. My go-to dish to make is this Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers recipe. Let’s talk about an easy recipe! It feeds a crowd, but is always the first to disappear.
Why is it so good? Because I use a mix of Sweet and Hot Italian Hatfield sausage. I love doing this combo because the mix of sweet and hot is just the right amount of flavor that doesn’t over power.

Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers
- 1 pkg Hatfield Sweet Italian Sausage
- 1 pkg Hatfield Hot Italian Sausage
- 2 peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
On a large sheet pan, place the onions, peppers and sausage. Drizzle the onions and peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until peppers and onions are soft and roasted and sausage is cooked through.
Slice sausage before serving.
Serve with your favorite sauce, mayo and rolls if desired.
