How to Make the Best Crumb Cake Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Prepare a baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, beat the first 5 ingredients together until smooth on medium speed.

Pour cake batter into the cake pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the crumb topping with a spoon.

Using your hands, sprinkle the buttery crumb topping on top of the cake.

Bake the easy cinnamon coffee cake for a second time of 15 minutes.

Cool to room temperature and then sprinkle your tasty treat with confectioners sugar.

You can also make variations of this crumb cake recipe by folding in frozen or fresh berries like blueberries
(a blueberry crumb cake) or another fresh fruit to the batter or chopping up some nuts and mixing them into your crumble topping.

    • * 1 box of jello instant pudding
    • * 1/2 cup oil
    • * 3 eggs
    • * 1 cup milk
    • * 2 sticks melted butter
    • * 2 cups flour
    • * 1 cup sugar
    • * 4 tsp cinnamon

    Instructions

      1. Beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a greased floured pan (13x9x2).
      2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
      3. Mix the next 4 ingredients with a spoon and crumble on top of the cake.
      4. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
      5. Cool.
      6. Sprinkle your crumb cake with powdered sugar
