- 1 4-7lb whole Boston Butt or pork shoulder (bone-in with a layer of fat on the bottom)
- BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Pat dry the shoulder with paper towels.
- Mix together the seasonings in a bowl.
- Place the pork in the crock pot, with the fat stop on the top.
- Then sprinkle the dry rub over the pork, making sure it adheres to the meat.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
