This recipe is one of those simple recipes that feels extra special.

What are the ingredients for strawberry bread?

Be sure to grease and flour your loaf pan. This helps the bread release cleanly after baking. You can also line the pan with parchment for extra insurance.
To start, you’ll toss diced strawberries with a little sugar to bring out their natural juices.
In one bowl, you’ll mix together your dry ingredients like flour, sugar, and cinnamon. In another, the strawberries are combined with oil, eggs, and vanilla to create a simple wet mixture.
Once everything’s stirred together (don’t worry—the batter will be thick!), you’ll spread it into a greased loaf pan and bake until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Start checking around the 45-minute mark. If the toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs (not wet batter), it’s ready!
The hardest part? Waiting for it to cool before slicing into that sweet berry goodness.

Yes! Just make sure to thaw and drain them well before adding to the batter. Too much liquid can make the bread soggy.
Absolutely. White chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or even a light glaze on top are great add-ins if you want to mix it up.
Both! It’s sweet like a dessert but simple enough to enjoy with your morning coffee or as an afternoon snack.
