Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package Cream cheese – room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Whipped cream or cool whip
  • ¼ cup Marshmallow fluff
  • ¾ cup Powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup Strawberry jam
  • Vanilla wafers and graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl with a stand mixer or hand mixer, add in the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  • Add in the vanilla extract, whipped cream and marshmallow fluff.Mix until well combined. 
  • Add in the powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Once all the powdered sugar is combined, place the dip into a serving bowl. 
  • Spoon the strawberry jam over the top. 
  • Using a toothpick, swirl the jam into the dip.  
  • Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for a chilling time of 1-4 hours.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles on top of the dip before serving,
  • Serve with vanilla wafers and graham crackers. 
  • Store the cheesecake dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
