How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

In a large mixing bowl with a stand mixer or hand mixer, add in the cream cheese and beat until smooth.

Add in the vanilla extract, whipped cream and marshmallow fluff.

Mix until well combined. 

Add in the powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time into the cream cheese mixture.

Once all the powdered sugar is combined, place the dip into a serving bowl. 

Spoon the strawberry jam over the top. 

Using a toothpick, swirl the jam into the dip.  

Transfer the strawberry cheesecake dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for a chilling time of at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles on top of the dip before serving and garnish with fresh strawberries. 

Serve your cheesecake dip recipe chilled with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Store the cheesecake dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
