Strawberry Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz. package Cream cheese – room temperature
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¾ cup Whipped cream or cool whip
- ¼ cup Marshmallow fluff
- ¾ cup Powdered sugar
- ¼ cup Strawberry jam
- Vanilla wafers and graham crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl with a stand mixer or hand mixer, add in the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
- Add in the vanilla extract, whipped cream and marshmallow fluff.Mix until well combined.
- Add in the powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time into the cream cheese mixture.
- Once all the powdered sugar is combined, place the dip into a serving bowl.
- Spoon the strawberry jam over the top.
- Using a toothpick, swirl the jam into the dip.
- Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for a chilling time of 1-4 hours.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles on top of the dip before serving,
- Serve with vanilla wafers and graham crackers.
- Store the cheesecake dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
