Ingredients
- 7 oz Fingerling Potatoes half bag
- 10 oz Green Beans
- 2 Steaks Room Temperature
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 1 Tbs Black Pepper
- 1 Tbs Fresh Garlic
- ⅓ Cup Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Slice the potatoes into halves and place them on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Make the garlic herb butter.
- Combine the melted butter and garlic.
- Simply put a few cloves of garlic into a mortar and pestle, and crush them into a paste and mix together with the butter.
- Coat the potatoes with garlic butter.
- Bake for a cook time of 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are baking, sprinkle the steaks with salt & pepper
- Remove the sheet pan from oven & turn the oven on to broil.
- Place the green beans & onion onto the sheet pan.
