How to Make Shark Ice Cream
- With just a few basic ingredients like heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla, you’ll whip up a creamy base.
- Be sure to chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge or freezer for 10–15 minutes before whipping for a fluffy texture.
- Then comes the fun part: swirling in bold blue color, layering in maraschino cherries and gummy sharks.
- You’ll freeze it all into a treat that looks as fun as it tastes.

Yes! Store it in the freezer for up to 1 week for the best texture and flavor.
Gummy sharks are the most popular choice, but blue candy melts, fish gummies, and sprinkles also work well.
Most shark ice cream recipes use vanilla ice cream dyed blue, but you can also use cotton candy, blue moon, or cookie dough flavors.
