Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cup powered sugar
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.

If you are making your own buttermilk, mix together 1 tbsp to 1 cup buttermilk.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla

Slowly mix in powdered sugar until ingredients are combined and frosting is formed.
