Start by crushing regular Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin and a plastic bag.
Combine the crumbs with softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for about 15-20 minutes to firm up and prevent crumbs from getting into the melted chocolate.

Melt white chocolate wafers in the microwave in short increments, stirring in between. Once the Oreo balls are chilled, dip each one in the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated. Let the excess drip off before placing them back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Melt red candy wafers, transfer them to a piping bag or plastic bag, and drizzle over the truffles in a back-and-forth motion. Before the coating sets, sprinkle on some red, white, and blue sprinkles for a festive touch.

Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.

Yes. Place them in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking. Ensure they’re fully set before freezing and thaw them in the refrigerator or at room temperature before enjoying. When properly stored, frozen truffles are good for up to two months.
