Mini Snowman Cheesecakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 vanilla oreos
- 2 8 ounce packs cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Black sprinkles
- Orange m&ms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 12 count muffin tin with liners.
- Place a cookie down the bottom of each one.
- In a large bowl using an electric mixer combine the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Blend until well combined.
- Divide the batter among the 12 crusts.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the center is just set.
- Let cool slightly and transfer to a tray and place in the fridge to cool completely, at least one hour.
- Top each one with the black sprinkle eyes and smile.
- Cut an orange m&m in half and stick in the cheesecake as the nose.
