Mini Snowman Cheesecakes Recipe

How to Make Mini Snowman Cheesecakes

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Place a vanilla Oreo at the bottom of each liner for the crust.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into the liners and bake until set.
  5. Once cooled and chilled in the fridge, decorate each cheesecake with black sprinkles for eyes and mouth and half an orange M&M for the nose to create festive little snowmen.

    Ingredients

    • 12 vanilla oreos
    • 2 8 ounce packs cream cheese, softened
    • ¾ cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Black sprinkles
    • Orange m&ms

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    • Line a 12 count muffin tin with liners.
    • Place a cookie down the bottom of each one.
    • In a large bowl using an electric mixer combine the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
    • Blend until well combined.
    • Divide the batter among the 12 crusts.
    • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the center is just set.
    • Let cool slightly and transfer to a tray and place in the fridge to cool completely, at least one hour.
    • Top each one with the black sprinkle eyes and smile.
    • Cut an orange m&m in half and stick in the cheesecake as the nose.
