Snowman Christmas Cheese Ball recipe
Make your Christmas table stand out with a festive Snowman Cheese Ball! Easy to make and perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope of dip mix – vegetable, italian, ranch seasoning, onion
- 2 cups shredded cheese such as white cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, pepper jack cheese or mozzarella cheese
- Items for garnish like black peppercorns, carrots or asparagus spears
- Plastic Wrap
Instructions
- To get started on your easy cheese ball, soften two packages of cream cheese and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Next, mix onion or packet of dry ranch mix.
- Finally, add in a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Mix it all together.
- Divide cheese mixture into different-size balls into 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
- The smallest ball will become the head of snowman.
- The larger ball will become the snowman's base.
- Transfer cheese mixtures to the refrigerator for a couple of hours to firm up and have the flavors meld together.
- After they are done in the fridge, put about a cup of mozzarella cheese, white cheddar or a different cheese in a mixing bowl.

This cheese ball is a hit every year! Everyone always gobbles this up. I put it on a platter and make a different "scene" every year. I have fun using various veggies decorations to make it more fun; green and red pepper slices for a scarf, celery and broccoli "trees" etc.
