  • 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, melted 
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour 
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream 
  • 1/4 cup candy coated chocolate chips

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking pan with baking spray. 

Whisk together cocoa powder and melted butter until smooth.

Whisk in sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Set the oven to 350ºf and spray a 9×13 baking pan with baking spray. 

In a large mixing bowl, add the cocoa powder to the melted butter and mix until smooth. 

Mix in the sugars, eggs, and vanilla. 

In a separate bowl mix together the flour, cornstarch and the pinch of salt.

Then gradually mix it into the wet ingredients until just smooth. 

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spread it around the whole pan and bake for 18 minutes.
