Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Recipe

Learn how to make cookies and cream ice cream at home with just a few simple ingredients. No churn, all flavor!

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 box oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, mix the heavy cream until soft peaks form. 
  2. Mix in the condensed milk and vanilla. Mix together.
  3. Put your oreos in a sealable storage bag. Crush them up! This is the fun part! 
  4. Fold in the crushed cookie pieces into the ice cream mixture. Be sure to save a handful of cookies! 

  5. Line a pan with plastic wrap.

  6. Pour the cookies and cream ice cream mixture into your pan.

  7. Top the ice cream with the reserved crushed cookies. 
  8. Cover with plastic wrap. 
  9. Freeze your Cookies and Cream Ice Cream for a minimum of 6 hours to overnight.
