Instructions

If you are using canned peaches, drain the peaches and set them aside.

In a medium bowl, add the dry ingredients – cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and pure vanilla extract and whisk together. Add in the peaches and toss to coat.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, kosher salt, white granulated sugar, and baking powder.

Pro Tip: Make sure you use the scoop with a spoon and level with a knife method when measuring the flour. Double-check the expiration date of your baking powder. If it is expired, it won’t work properly.

Then add in the melted butter. Whisk the ingredients together until everything is thoroughly mixed together.

Add the topping on top of the peach mixture with a spoon.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.

Place A PIE PAN in the air fryer at 350 degrees f and bake for a cook time of 15 – 20 minutes.

Check the cobbler. If it’s nice and golden brown and the topping is cooked through, remove the pan from the air fryer and let it cool. If it still needs to be cooked more, place the pan back into the air fryer and cook at three (3) minute increments.
