How to Make Peach Cobbler in the Air Fryer Using Canned Peaches
Making this cobbler is as easy as tossing a few ingredients together.
Fresh or frozen peaches work great, but canned peaches are the easiest for a no-prep option. Be sure to drain them well!
Combine the peaches with a touch of cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla for a flavor-packed base.
Then, whip up a simple topping with flour, sugar, and baking powder, and let the air fryer work its magic.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the baking dishes inside.
Air fry at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, checking for a golden-brown crust. If needed, cook in 3-minute increments until the topping is cooked through.
Rotate the dish halfway through for even browning.
If the topping looks wet or pale, cook for a few more minutes.
Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Pair with your favorite ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat!
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
To reheat, a slice in the microwave for 20–30 seconds or warm the dish in the air fryer at 300°F for a few minutes.
When the peach cobbler is done cooking, the crust on top will be golden brown and the filling will be bubbly.
Yes, you can easily substitute peaches with other fruits! Apples, cherries, berries (like blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries), and pears work wonderfully. If using a fruit with more juice (like berries), consider adding an extra teaspoon of cornstarch to the filling to prevent it from becoming too runny. Adjust the sugar based on the fruit’s natural sweetness.
