Fresh or frozen peaches work great, but canned peaches are the easiest for a no-prep option. Be sure to drain them well!

Combine the peaches with a touch of cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla for a flavor-packed base.

Then, whip up a simple topping with flour, sugar, and baking powder, and let the air fryer work its magic.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the baking dishes inside.

Air fry at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, checking for a golden-brown crust. If needed, cook in 3-minute increments until the topping is cooked through.

Rotate the dish halfway through for even browning.

If the topping looks wet or pale, cook for a few more minutes.

Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Pair with your favorite ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

To reheat,  a slice in the microwave for 20–30 seconds or warm the dish in the air fryer at 300°F for a few minutes.

air fryer peach cobbler
Can I make this air fryer peach recipe ahead of time?

How do you know when peach cobbler is cooked?

When the peach cobbler is done cooking, the crust on top will be golden brown and the filling will be bubbly.

Can I swap out peaches for a different fruit?

Yes, you can easily substitute peaches with other fruits! Apples, cherries, berries (like blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries), and pears work wonderfully. If using a fruit with more juice (like berries), consider adding an extra teaspoon of cornstarch to the filling to prevent it from becoming too runny. Adjust the sugar based on the fruit’s natural sweetness.

Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Recipe

Yield: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Classic peach cobbler made modern—your air fryer delivers golden perfection!

Ingredients

Peach Filling:

  • 2 cups yellow peaches, drained (fresh, canned, or frozen) *We used canned
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Crisp Topping:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. If you are using canned peaches, drain the peaches and set them aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the dry ingredients - cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and pure vanilla extract and whisk together.
  3. Add in the peaches and toss to coat.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, kosher salt, white granulated sugar, and baking powder.
  6. Make sure you use the scoop with a spoon and level with a knife method when measuring the flour.
  7. Double-check the expiration date of your baking powder. If it is expired, it won’t work properly.
  8. Then add in the melted butter.
  9. Whisk the ingredients together until everything is thoroughly mixed together.
  10. Add the topping on top of the peach mixture with a spoon.
  11. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  12. Place in the air fryer at 350 degrees f and bake for a cook time of 15 – 20 minutes.
  13. Check the cobbler. If it’s nice and golden brown and the topping is cooked through, remove the pan from the air fryer and let it cool.
  14. If it still needs to be cooked more, place the pan back into the air fryer and cook at three (3) minute increments.
  15. Serve this dessert favorite with a little bit of your favorite ice cream or whipped cream.
  16. To store, keep it in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to five days.
