Make the crust by crushing peanut butter sandwich cookies and mixing with melted butter, then press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and chill. For best results, crush the cookies finely and use a measuring cup to pack the crust tightly so it holds together when sliced.

For the filling, make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing to prevent lumps in your filling.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, and milk until smooth.
Then gently fold in thawed whipped topping to keep the mixture light and airy.

Freeze the pie for at least 3 hours before serving. Before serving, add optional toppings like whipped cream, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
For clean, smooth slices, dip your knife in hot water (then wipe dry).

Absolutely! A pre-made graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust works in a pinch.
It’s best enjoyed within 5–7 days. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container.

Is it 1.5 or 2 cups peanut butter? Your ingredient list says one thing and your instructions say another. I hoped to make this today but with peanut butter being the flavor, I don’t want to ruin it.
Thanks
Hi, I am not sure where you see 2 cups of PB? I am seeing 1 1/2 cups of PB in both spots, which is the correct amount.
The ingredient list says 1.5 cups and step 6 says 2 cups
Thank you for letting me know the error! I fixed it – it’s 1.5 cups
