- 1 Brownie mix
- 3 Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
- 1 small jar of Marshmallow Cream
- 1 cup of Mini Marshmallows
- 8 Graham Crackers
- 6 popsicle sticks
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions and bake it in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Cool on a wire rack.
When the Brownies are cool, crumble them in a large mixing bowl.
Add 8 crushed Graham Crackers, 1 cup of mini Marshmallows, and mash together until it forms a dough.
Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Coat a cake-sicle mold with White Chocolate and add a Popsicle Stick.
Allow to dry for 20 minutes in the freezer.
Push the cake mixture into the chocolate covered cakesicle molds.
Dip each cakesicle into the melted chocolate, making sure to cover it completely. Use a spoon to help coat the cakesicle if necessary.
Allow to dry for 1 hour.
Remove from molds and place on Parchment paper.

Take a torch and toast the Marshmallow Creme on the end of each Cake-sicle, and then add one square of Hershey’s Milk Chocolate.

How to Store S’mores Cakesicles
To store your s’mores cakesicles, simply place them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will last for up to a week this way. If you want to keep them longer, you can also freeze them for up to two months.
It’s essential that you let your cake (in whatever form you choose) cool to room temperature before adding it into the mold.
Don’t overwork the brownie mixture when forming the dough. This can lead to tough, dense end results instead of a fluffy, soft cake.
Once the cakesicles are dipped in chocolate, they need time to set before they can be served. Be sure to give them plenty of time to chill in the refrigerator.
The chocolate coating is a crucial component of s’mores cakesicles, and using a high-quality chocolate will make a big difference in the final product. Be sure to use a chocolate that melts well and has a good flavor.
