What are some common mistakes people make when making s’mores cakesicles?

It’s essential that you let your cake (in whatever form you choose) cool to room temperature before adding it into the mold.
Don’t overwork the brownie mixture when forming the dough. This can lead to tough, dense end results instead of a fluffy, soft cake.
Once the cakesicles are dipped in chocolate, they need time to set before they can be served. Be sure to give them plenty of time to chill in the refrigerator.
The chocolate coating is a crucial component of s’mores cakesicles, and using a high-quality chocolate will make a big difference in the final product. Be sure to use a chocolate that melts well and has a good flavor.
