But then after many spring nights of having no dinner ready after days at the playground or pool, I realized it was a great option to get dinner ready while I got to play still. These Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops are tender, sweet and the perfect meal that your whole family will love!

After a long day away there’s nothing better than walking into the house and smelling these pork chops cooking!
Ingredients you will need:
- 4 thick cut Pork Chops
- soy sauce
- brown sugar
- diced pineapple
- 1 can pineapple juice
- corn starch

Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. Then whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, white vinegar, water, garlic and cornstarch.
Do this right in your slow cooker! No need to dirty a bowl.
Add your pork chops and pineapple. Spoon the liquid over the pork chops and set your slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours.

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 6 oz can pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Dice 1 cup of pineapple.
- In your slow cooker, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar, water, garlic and corn starch.
- Add in diced pineapple and pork chops.
- Spoon liquid over pork chops.
- Cook on high 3-4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro or parsley.
