For years once the weather warmed up, I put my crock pot away. But then after many spring nights of having no dinner ready after days at the playground or pool, I realized it was a great option to get dinner ready while I got to play still. These Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops are tender, sweet and the perfect meal that your whole family will love!
Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops
For this recipe, I am using Hatfield® Premium Reserve Pork® Frenched Bone-In Pork Chops.
We love Hatfield products and the Premium Reserve Pork® line is steak-house inspired, with a high marbling grade, making it 30% more tender than conventional pork products. I often forget how much we enjoy pork and Hatfield® Premium Reserve Pork® can turn any meal into a mouthwatering, steakhouse-quality experience at right at home, any weeknight!
To get started on making these Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops, spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. Then whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, white vinegar, water, garlic and cornstarch.
Add your pork chops and pineapple. Spoon the liquid over the pork chops and set your slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours.
With Hatfield® Premium Reserve Pork®, you can be confident that every cut is Tasty. Tender. Every Time.™ Whether you choose to cook your pork on the grill, skillet or oven, you can’t over cook it. The Hatfield® Premium Reserve Pork® has no artificial ingredients and are all natural!
The liquid in your crock pot becomes thick thanks to the corn starch and forms a delicious gravy that is perfect over some white or brown rice. My kids absolutely love this recipe and ask for it all the time! That is a win for me!
