Berry season is in full swing here in New Jersey and I absolutely love it. I wait all year long for this time of the year! My husband has been obsessively picking blackberries like they are going extinct.
We just canned one too many jars of Blackberry Jam and I was left with a whole mason jar of blackberry juice. It’s the most vibrant purple color!
Blackberry Lemonade
You can easily make the juice without canning, as the juices form before you add in the additional canning ingredients!
