    Ingredients

    • 2-4 lb chuck pot roast
    • 1 cup beef broth
    • 1 cup butter
    • Pepperoncini 
    • 1 packet ranch seasoning
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 1 tbsp pepper

    Instructions

    • Turn the instant pot onto sauté mode.
    • Sprinkle beef roast with salt & pepper.
    • When the pot gets hot, brown all sides of the beef roast.
    • Pour in 1 cup of beef broth.
    • Pour in 1Tbs of Pepperoncini juice from the jar.
    • Sprinkle the roast with ranch seasoning.
    • Place butter & Pepperoncini’s on top.
    • Close the lid & turn the steam release valve to the sealing position. 
    • Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook at high pressure for 70 minutes.
    • When the cook time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally.
    • Remove any left over liquid & use two forks to shred the beef roast. 

    Notes

    Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for future meals.
