Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 2-4 lb chuck pot roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup butter
- Pepperoncini
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
Instructions
- Turn the instant pot onto sauté mode.
- Sprinkle beef roast with salt & pepper.
- When the pot gets hot, brown all sides of the beef roast.
- Pour in 1 cup of beef broth.
- Pour in 1Tbs of Pepperoncini juice from the jar.
- Sprinkle the roast with ranch seasoning.
- Place butter & Pepperoncini’s on top.
- Close the lid & turn the steam release valve to the sealing position.
- Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook at high pressure for 70 minutes.
- When the cook time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally.
- Remove any left over liquid & use two forks to shred the beef roast.
