How to Make A Berry Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) regular cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups cup blueberries
  • 2 cups of premade angel food or pound cake, cubed, plus a few slices for garnish (optional)

Directions

Wash the berries and dry completely with paper towels.

 In a large bowl using a handheld mixer, whip together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Next add the cream to the cream cheese mixture and whip with the hand mixer until the mixture becomes fluffy and light to create whipped cream.

Gently fold in your strawberries and blueberries into your creamy cheesecake mixture.

Next gently fold in the cubed cake.

Garnish the top of the berry cheesecake salad with a few extra strawberries and blueberries.

For an extra festive pop I take a slice of the cake and use a little star cutter to cut out little cake stars to decorate with.

Transfer the sweet cheesecake fluff to a large serving bowl and chill 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.

Store leftovers in the fridge.
