To decorate brownies as turkeys for Thanksgiving, start by cutting your baked brownies into squares or circles for the turkey body.

For the turkey’s feathers, place candy corn in a fan shape at the back of each brownie.

      Looking for a creative Thanksgiving dessert? Try making these fun turkey-shaped brownies! Easy to decorate and even more fun to eat—perfect for kids and adults alike!

      Ingredients

      • favorite homemade brownie recipe or a favorite brownie mix
      • Miniature peanut butter cups
      • Fall colored M&Ms or chocolate candies
      • Candy eyeballs
      • Candy Corn
      • Icing or melting chocolate – any variety for sticking candies to brownies (found at the grocery store or craft stores)

      Instructions

      1. Prepare your brownies according to the instructions on the box in a medium bowl.
      2. Pour your brownie batter into a 9×13" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake brownies until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
      3. Once the brownies have cooled to room temperature, cut them into 3 inch circles. A 3″ biscuit cutter will do the trick!
      4. Using a piping bag, add a dab of frosting or a tiny bit of melted chocolate and add the peanut butter cup as the turkey body.
      5. Frost the back of each candy eyeball and adhere.
      6. Use a red chocolate piece or a halved m&m as the gobbler.
      7. Finally, place candy corn in a fan-like shape to act like the turkey feathers.

      Recipe Notes

      Keep these Thanksgiving treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

      As an alternative, you can divide batter into prepared muffin cups.
