In a large sauce pan, melt the butter over low heat.

Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and and stir until they are completely melted and smooth.

Remove the pot from the heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal. 

Stir until the cereal is completely coated with the marshmallow mixture.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. 

Transfer the cereal mixture into the prepared pan. 

Use a rubber spatula or your hands to press the mixture firmly into the dish into an even layer.

Let the mixture cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares

Stick a paper straw into the bottom creating a stick.

Melt the white chocolate chips in microwave safe bowls in 30 second increments, stirring in between.
