Why should you add espresso powder into chocolate cake?

This key ingredient in chocolate cake creates an intense flavor with the taste of coffee and the richness from cocoa beans.

Espresso powder is the perfect ingredient to use in chocolate cake because it will add that extra flavor and depth of taste without making your cakes too acidic or bitter which espresso can sometimes do.
