Costco Broccoli Salad Ingredients
For the salad:
• 2 heads broccoli, chopped (about 8 cups)
• ⅓ cup red onion, diced
• ⅓ cup shelled sunflower seeds
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• 1 package bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the dressing:
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

How to Make Costco Broccoli Salad
- Finely chop broccoli florets and stems into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl. Shortcut tip: Grab a bag of pre-chopped broccoli florets to save time.
- Add diced onions, sunflower seeds, cranberries, cheddar cheese, and crumbled crispy bacon, then stir to combine.
- Crispy bacon is key. Cook your bacon until it’s very crisp so it stays crunchy after mixing.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayo, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and fold everything together until evenly coated.
- For best flavor, refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors meld.

Yes! This salad actually tastes better after a few hours in the fridge. Just wait to add the bacon until right before serving to keep it crispy.
You can substitute plain Greek yogurt or a half-and-half mix of yogurt and mayo for a lighter version.
