This easy salad is made with crispy bacon bits, raw broccoli, cheese and more all mixed up with a creamy dressing. This tasty dish will blow your mind!

This dish is also perfect for summer as it can be served cold or warm. I personally prefer to serve it cold so that the broccoli retains its crunchiness. It also helps if you make the ingredients the day before so they can marinate well together overnight.

How to Make Easy Broccoli Salad Recipes

- 2 Heads of Fresh Broccoli (about 8 cups chopped)
- 1/3 Cup Diced Red Onion
- 1/3 Cup Shelled Sunflower Seeds
- ½ Cup of Craisins
- 1 package of Bacon (Cooked crispy)
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
For the dressing
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Sugar or your favorite sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Finely chop broccoli into bite size pieces – broccoli stems and broccoli florets – and place in a large bowl.

Add in onions, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and cheddar cheese. Crumble bacon into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Stir ingredients until everything is well mixed.

In a medium size bowl combine mayo, sugar, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the delicious dressing over your broccoli mixture and fold in until everything is evenly coated.

Serve this great dish immediately or cover in an airtight container and refrigerate.

- No apple cider vinegar? Use white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar instead.
- Use pumpkin seeds or a half cup raisins
- add sweet tomatoes, instead of crunchy broccoli try broccoli slaw
- add extra bacon or just a few strips bacon
