Costco Broccoli Salad Recipe

This Costco Broccoli Salad (copycat recipe) is sweet, creamy, and packed with crunch. An easy side dish everyone loves for BBQs, parties, and family meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 Heads of Broccoli about 8 cups chopped
  • ⅓ Cup Diced Red Onion
  • ⅓ Cup Shelled Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 package of Bacon Cooked crispy
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Finely chop broccoli and place in a large bowl. 
  2. Add in onions, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Crumble bacon and add it to the bowl.
  4. Stir ingredients until everything is well mixed. 
  5. In a medium size bowl combine mayo, sugar, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  6. Stir until well mixed. 
  7. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, fold in until everything is evenly coated. 
  8. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Store your broccoli salad in an airtight container. It stays fresh for up to 3 days. It may get a little softer over time but will still taste great.
