In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and carrot cake mix to the bowl. Mix on high until well combined and smooth, this is what will achieve a fluffy and well-combined dip

Place the dip in a serving dish and top with coconut flakes and pecans. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    • 8 oz. of Cream Cheese
    • 8 oz. of Cool Whip
    • 1 cup of Heavy Cream
    • 1 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
    • 1 and ½ cups of Carrot Cake Mix
    • Coconut Flakes
    • Pecans
    • Graham Crackers (for dipping)

    Instructions
